Graviloft - This Researched Innovative accomplishment also showcased the expertise of Er. Vikas Patil in dealing with the challenges and making the most of the available opportunities – both critical qualities for achieving great success. Enlightened with the success and humility at heart and with the modest approach, Er. Vikas Patil initiated his journey to establish a quality driven, technically innovative design center and consulting services in the year 2001.

Revolutionary thoughts that instigated the veteran to rediscover the apex of his inventions- GEORET, further created way to start a contracting business house by the name and style of SAVI providing an array of services under the projects and EPC ( Engineering - Procurement - Construction)category. Since the inception of SAVI Infra and Properties Pvt. Ltd, the spear headed leadership team by Er. Vikas Patil , SIPPL has won huge accolades and completed the most critical projects in the given timelines and quality parameters.

Our History

• 

  1999

  The glorious journey started with a revolutionary idea of Er. Vikas Patil who is founder of the company. It was the year in which concept of Graviloft Technology was conceived. The strenuous visionary himself worked day and night which lead to the evolution of Graviloft Technology.,

• 

  2000

  Marching ahead the designs and the whole concept was presented to Pune Municipal Corporation. This was the first time the theoretical notion was presented for practical application in Pune Municipal Corporation.

• 

  2001

  Er. Vikas Patil got the breakthrough this year as Pune Municipal Corporation passed the resolution accordingly. The government body was excited to award us the consultancy projects with our newly invented Graviloft Technology.

• 

  2002

  Inspired by the positive acknowledgements from the civic body Savi group undertook various consultancy projects. The list of infrastructure projects adopting the newly developed technology includes road works, sewage projects, garden water supply, drainage, etc. With this cost and time saving technology crores of rupees got saved proving the concept to be economical in Nation’s growth.

  2003

  Er. Vikas Patil got projects from other civic bodies like City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO), Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), etc awarded us consultancy works in various projects.

  2004

  Er. Vikas Patil carried our work in other prestigious civic bodies namely Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), Public Works Department (PWD), National Highway Authority Of India (NHAI), etc. After successfully completing various projects and setting up a good remark,

  Er. Vikas Patil (Co-Inventor & Co-Owner ) applied for a patent under Intellectual Property Rights. Application No. 482/MUM/2004

  2006

  We entered in other sector of the civic bodies like Chhattisgarh PWD, Irrigation Department , Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA), etc.

  2007

  It was the biggest and most prestigious accomplishment by the Er. Vikas Patil in as many years.

  Graviloft Technology was granted as a patented design of constructing of Retaining Wall accepted by Indian Patent Office(Patent Number 210506).

  2008

  Consultancy works for MIDC, MSRDC, MHADA, Jindal Saw Ltd., DLF India, etc.

• 

  2010

  For the first time we undertook turnkey project and entered the market as an EPC contractor. This was also the first time we entered in the private sector. Our first client is one of the leading brand in the field of construction; LODHA group. Savi Group constructed a total @ 8.5 Km retaining wall implementing the Graviloft Technology.

  2011

  onwards - As a successful EPC contractor we are a proud company which has served and are still serving in private sector. Our prestigious clients include LODHA group, TATA Housing Private Ltd., Penninsula Lands Ltd., Jindal Saw Ltd., Mahindra, Mercedes Benz and the list
